• Proven ability to originate ambitious cinematic work, not just manage others.
• Sharp understanding of social media trends and internet culture.
• Experience leading creative teams and maintaining a high creative bar.
• Ability to translate technology into compelling creative ideas with Product/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision and quality bar for Flow Studio across in‑product experiences and storytelling.
• Lead and develop the Flow Studio content team, set priorities, mentor contributors.
• Create and direct cinematic AI filmmaking work from showcases to experimental demos.
• Work hands‑on with AI tools, prototype ideas, test models, and turn experiments into finished work.
• Shape the product's creative layer, including libraries, camera moves, templates, and onboarding content.
• Apply filmmaking judgment to camera, lighting, performance, pacing, and visuals.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering from development through launch.
• Collaborate with Marketing on launches, campaigns, and external storytelling.
• Identify opportunities in AI and social trends to produce internet-native, shareable work.
• Build reusable assets and production practices to maintain a high creative bar.
