Job summary

Manila Recruitment Limited client is Australia-based agency seeking a Creative Designer for a remote contract (6–12 months). You will adapt master concepts into social, display, motion, OOH, and CRM assets, ensure brand consistency, and deliver high-quality files on tight timelines while collaborating with the Senior Creative Designer.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects required; own equipment is expected; remote collaboration with international teams is routine, and strict

Qualifications

• Contract role for 6–12 months.
• 4+ years’ experience in digital design or motion.
• Experience in Gaming, Sports Betting, or Casino industries (Advantageous).
• Strong experience executing campaign assets across social and display.
• Understanding of digital ad specifications and export requirements.
• Strong layout and typography fundamentals.
• High attention to detail and structured working style.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and After Effects.
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, campaign executions, and digital ad assets.
• Candidate must have their own equipment (Laptop).

Responsibilities

• Adapt the master creative into social, display, motion, OOH, and CRM assets.
• Resize, version and localise campaign creative.
• Prepare files according to platform specifications and export requirements.
• Ensure accuracy across typography, spacing, layout and brand application.
• Produce simple to mid-level motion graphics and animation cutdowns.
• HTML5 banner builds and production support.
• Follow defined production workflows and naming conventions.
• Work with Senior Creative Designer and manage multiple live campaigns.
• Communicate clearly and implement revisions quickly.
