Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project in graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and ensure adherence to professional design standards.

Role requires paid experience in AI human-data work; pure AI-content creation experience does not meet the requirement. Remote, flexible schedule, contractor role with worldwide scope.

Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years in graphic design, video editing or related creative fields.
• Experience with AI human-data work and data annotations preferred.
• Strong proficiency in design tools and software listed above.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform structured creative tasks using listed tools.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, realism, and accuracy.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion and UX.
