Reliant Valuations LLC is hiring a remote Commercial Real Estate sales professional. You will handle inbound calls from property owners, investors, and developers to offer valuation services, discuss options, and convert warm leads into clients from home.

Your CRE background helps you discuss property types, cap rates, and valuation needs with clients who already requested information. This fully remote role offers stability and high upside.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: Commercial real estate experience required (brokerage, leasing, investment sales, or similar).
• Ability to communicate CRE concepts with confidence.
• Strong phone presence and consultative selling style.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound conversations professionally.
• $100,000 guaranteed base salary
• Commission with OTE of $150,000–$250,000+
• No cap on commissions
• 100% remote / work from home

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from motivated property owners, investors, landlords, developers, and small business owners seeking appraisal services.
• Provide a consultative, educational conversation—helping each client understand their valuation options.
• Manage a steady flow of warm leads (no cold outreach).
• Ensure data integrity, and keep CRM pipeline updated and organized.
• Collaborate with our appraisal and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
