Flagstar Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager Team Lead-Commercial Real Estate to guide a high-performing CRE team from home in Illinois. You will manage complex loan relationships, mentor Relationship Managers, and coordinate with credit, underwriting, and processing to structure, negotiate and close deals.

The role emphasizes risk oversight, revenue generation, and staying abreast of market trends. Travel may be required; a relevant undergraduate degree and extensive CRE lending experience

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate Degree in business, finance or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in commercial lending.
• 5+ years of experience in CRE Lending Relationship Management and/or lending sales.
• Credit training preferred.
