DarrowEverett LLP is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support our team in Providence Rhode Island or Boca Raton Florida. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding drafting skills, high organization, and meticulous attention to detail, capable of multitasking while upholding the firm's reputation.

The Real Estate Paralegal will assist attorneys with document preparation, diligence, and leasing, including closings and a broad range of commercial transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate paralegal in a large firm.
• Strong drafting abilities and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and abstract a variety of leases, including office, ground, and retail leases using existing forms.
• Provide diligence support and document review for commercial real estate closings.
• Prepare ancillary real estate documents (escrow instructions, deeds, easements, closing certificates, etc.).
• Review surveys, title commitments, and exception documents for accuracy.
• Assist attorneys and clients in real estate, lending, construction, and leasing matters.
