Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a temporary/project-based Loan Transactions Coordinator to support loan transactions from approval through funding and post-closing activities. You will act as a key liaison between borrowers, advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Primary duties include onboarding and transaction coordination, due diligence, reviewing lien searches, credit reports, insurance, taxes, and coordinating funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–10 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination.
• Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews.
• Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports.
• Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, verify wire instructions, and coordinate funding.
• Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds.
