Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a temporary/project-based professional to support loan transactions from approval through funding and post-closing activities. The role acts as a key liaison between borrowers, advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Primary responsibilities include onboarding, due diligence, lien searches, regulatory reviews, and coordinating funding, with additional post-closing asset management support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination.
• Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews.
• Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports.
• Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, verify wire instructions, and coordinate funding.
• Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds.
