Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Partnership accounting, owner and investor reporting, and waterfall calculations.
• MRI and/or Yardi, plus advanced Excel.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, full-cycle accounting, and month-end close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
