Job summary

Sims Global Solutions is seeking experienced Cradle to Grave Freight Agents who want the freedom to run their business using our platform, technology, and nationwide carrier network.

As a Cradle to Grave Agent, you’ll manage shipments end-to-end, source carriers, grow your customer base, and operate remotely from anywhere in the United States with access to modern TMS and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of freight brokerage or freight agent experience.
• Active, transferable book of business.
• Experience managing freight from pickup through delivery.
• Ability to source carriers and negotiate rates.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to manage your own operations and customer relationships.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
