Job summary

Venon Solutions LLC is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for a 100% remote position working from Latin America. The role involves site monitoring, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with an international team to support a US-based pharmaceutical client.

The candidate should have 2+ years of CRA experience, strong English (C1), and familiarity with CTMS/EDC/eTMF systems. This is a full-time contractor role with EST business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRA or clinical monitoring experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, CRO, or healthcare settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• ACRP/SOCRA or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring visits (SQVs, SIVs, IMVs, COVs) and support monitoring activities.
• Ensure sites comply with study protocols, ICH-GCP, regulations, and SOPs.
• Build strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Review source documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify deviations and discrepancies; follow up on corrective actions.
• Support site activation and maintain regulatory documents.
• Monitor recruitment and site performance; assist in reports.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Trial Management, Data Management, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Provide updates to US-based stakeholders on progress, risks, and challenges.
• Support inspection readiness and quality/compliance standards.
