Job summary

Emmes Group is hiring a Clinical Research Associate II to monitor clinical study sites both on site and remotely. This position supports site visits, monitoring activities, and compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH GCP, and regulatory requirements.

You will conduct site visits, review consent forms, source data, and documentation, and ensure accurate reporting. The role offers US-based remote work, collaboration across teams, and opportunities to support audits and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant monitoring experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and cross-functionally with some oversight.
• Knowledge of clinical research operations and ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits.
• Perform ICF review, source data verification, and site file review.
• Document observations in site visit reports and track actions.
• Ensure study visits conform to protocol, SOPs, and ICH GCP.
• Provide training to site staff and support audits and inspections.
