Job summary

The Emmes Company, LLC is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to monitor clinical study sites both onsite and remotely, ensuring trials are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol and ICH GCP. The role involves conducting visits, data verification, and regulatory compliance.

You will train site personnel, identify follow-up needs, and contribute to audit readiness while collaborating with project teams across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of monitoring experience required; 2+ preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits (qualification, initiation, interim, closeout, for-cause).
• Perform source data verification and review IP/Investigational Product handling; ensure compliance.
• Document observations in site visit reports and follow up on action items.
• Provide training to site staff on protocol, GCP, and GDP as directed.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections; assist with site readiness and materials.
