Syneos Health is a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization focused on accelerating customer success. This CRA II - Oncology/Ophthalmology role is home-based in the Midwestern region, emphasizing site monitoring and regulatory compliance within a complex therapeutic area.

The role requires performing site qualification, monitoring visits, data verification, IP handling, and ensuring adherence to GCP and SOPs, with extensive travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring and close-out visits, on-site or remotely.
• Verifies informed consent and protects patient confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF and monitors data accuracy in CRFs, resolving queries.
• Manages IP inventory and ensures proper labeling and release.
• Ensures site staff training and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Supports audit readiness and communicates with sponsor teams.
