ICON is hiring a Clinical Research Associate II for a remote role in the United States. You will design and monitor clinical trials, ensuring protocol adherence, data integrity, and patient safety.

You will work with investigators and site staff to support study conduct and prepare study documents, including CSRs and protocols. The role requires a Bachelor's in a scientific/healthcare field, 2+ years of CRA experience, and travel about 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trials.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high-quality data.
