Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, on-site or remote, ensuring protocol compliance.
• Ensures informed consent process accuracy and subject safety.
• Reviews ISF/TMF, supports data query resolution, and maintains traceability of documents.
• Supports IP inventory and handling per protocol, and ensures proper labeling and storage.
• Attends Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings, contributing to audit readiness.
• Maintains training and knowledge of SOPs and regulatory requirements.
