Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to work regionally across the US. The role focuses on site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits with on-site or remote execution, ensuring ICH-GCP and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits, ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality, assessing safety and data integrity.
• Conducts Source Document Review, data verification, and supports query resolution remotely or on site.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, storage, and accountability in line with protocol requirements.
• Reviews Investigator Site Files and ensures archiving per local guidelines and regulations.
• Documents activities, supports recruitment/retention strategies, and tracks observations and action items.
