Mercor is seeking an experienced accounting professional to perform an intake for upcoming engagements in a remote, hourly contractor role. You will describe day-to-day workflows, time allocation, and core role activities to help shape engagements.

Ideal candidates are practicing accountants with public accounting, corporate finance, or advisory backgrounds. CPA (or equivalent) is preferred, and deep domain experience without credential is welcome.

Qualificações

• Must have experience as an accountant in public accounting, corporate finance, audit, tax, or advisory.
• CPA (or equivalent) preferred; deep domain experience without the credential also welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a ~30-minute written intake about your accounting practice.
• Describe day-to-day workflows, time allocation, and core role workflows.
• Explain insider perspectives on field divisions, not textbook ones.
• Share "invisible" work aspects often missed by outsiders.
• Provide detailed and specific responses; accuracy matters more than polish.
