Job summary

Winchester Interconnect is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to lead cost savings initiatives and strategic supply chain projects. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to translate priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, delivery, and executive-level communication with up-front ownership of progress and risks across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5–10 years of project management experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Experience in interconnect, cable, harness, or connector manufacturing preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong ability to interpret complex data and financial impacts; executive-presentations experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cost savings and strategic supply chain projects across Winchester sites
• Develop structured project plans with scope, milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies
• Partner with Finance to define savings methodologies and ensure measurable outcomes
• Drive cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering
• Prepare clear, concise reporting translating project data into insights for leadership
