Job summary

The Global Channel Management, Inc. is seeking a Remote Cost Accounting Manager to oversee month-end close processes, inventory balance calculations, and cost allocations on a part-time basis.

The role requires a finance or accounting degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; familiarity with SAP and Oracle is preferred. Remote, up to 20 hours weekly, supporting biotech or pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the month end close process, including inventory balance, journal entries, and activity adjustments and reconciliation.
• Assist with inventory control preparation, and monitoring. Support overhead product capitalization and allocations.
• Complete actual calculations for, for production volumes, purchases, CMO cost, and Cogs.
• Support quarterly and annual audit PBC list requests.
• Perform inventory and cost accounting monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Cost Accounting Manager requires:

Up to 20 hours weekly

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

Cost Accounting Reporting experience.

Recent experience in SAP and Oracle.

Minimum 2 – 6 (w/o Master’s) or 1 – 2 years (with Master’s) years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
