Position Summary

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will provide strategic tax planning and compliance services, focusing on C corps. You will lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance and planning for C corps.
• Conduct tax research and analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate across departments for integrated tax solutions.
• Stay updated on tax law changes to ensure compliance and optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years in corporate tax, with focus on C corps.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
