We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced REMOTE Senior Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business tax returns, 1120S, S Corp, high net worth clients, corporations, tax review, and tax planning. You will play a key role in providing strategic tax planning and compliance, managing tax audits, and developing tax-saving strategies for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple tax engagements ensuring quality service
• Review and prepare federal and state income tax returns for various entities
• Build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating knowledge of their business
• Assist with client management, planning, and technical services execution
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns
• Collaborate with partners and staff to develop practice and new business opportunities
• Manage tax projects across industries, providing innovative tax planning and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax consulting
• Proficiency with business tax returns, 1120S, S Corp, high net worth, and related areas
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
• Dependability, professionalism, and integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software such as ProSystem fx
