Qualifications

2+ years of full cycle recruiting; ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
High accountability mindset; self-starter and able to work without micromanagement.
Global perspective; comfortable across time zones and cultures.
Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Own the full cycle from the initial intake call with leadership to the final offer.
Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
Provide every candidate a seamless, respectful Blacksmith standard experience.
Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full time talent to move fast.
Keep a clean, data driven pipeline in our ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
