Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Recruiter to build and lead a fast-moving team. You will own the hiring process end-to-end, partnering with leadership to find top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

You will source across Latin America and South Africa, maintain a warm bench of talent, and ensure a Blacksmith-standard candidate experience while collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to move quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in tech, digital, or creative agency is preferred.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake to offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• A high accountability mindset that does not need micromanaging.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
