Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years in business development, corporate partnerships, nonprofit development, or related coordinator role.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engaging corporate partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development & Outreach: research prospects, qualify partners, schedule meetings, prepare talking points and materials.
• CRM Data Management: maintain donor/prospect data in HubSpot, run sequences, generate pipeline reports.
• Account Management Support: manage 5–10 partner accounts, coordinate fulfillment and reporting.
• Materials & Communications: produce one-pagers, pitch decks, impact reports, ensure brand consistency.
• Cross-Department Liaison: collaborate with Program, Marketing, Finance, Operations.
