Job summary

NoGigiddy is seeking a Partnership Outreach Coordinator to identify, contact, and cultivate brand, platform, and creator partnerships aligned with our mission. You’ll own outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and DMs, maintain a robust pipeline, and book intro calls for senior team members.

You don’t need a degree; you’ll rely on strong written communication, persistence, and CRM know-how to drive growth in a fully remote role across the U.S.

Qualifications

• No degree required
• Excellent written communication — you write emails people actually respond to
• Organized and persistent — follow-up is where deals get made
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking
• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline with minimal oversight
• Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing space

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message to initiate conversations
• Maintain a pipeline of active outreach and follow up persistently and professionally
• Coordinate intro calls and pitch meetings for senior team members
• Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status
• Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval
• Track and report on outreach metrics — emails sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed
