Job summary

Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking a Corporate Paralegal Specialist to support the Arity Legal Counseling team within Business Law on a fully remote basis across the USA (IL, TX, NC, AZ). You will handle matter intake, contract templates, and legal research under limited attorney supervision.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of corporate paralegal experience, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal environment.
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of corporate and/or compliance processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of new matters, review contract deal sheets, enter data and complete contract templates based on parameters.
• Review and explain various aspects of forms to in-house clients.
• Conduct, summarize, and analyze research, including legal statutes and regulations as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in online legal research and transactional logistics.
• Maintain corporate records and archives per retention requirements.
• Identify and summarize issues, and update attorneys with recommendations.
• Review legislation and determine applicability; gather matter documents for analysis.
