What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source new acquisitions and develop relationships with key decision-makers in vertical market software businesses
- Maintain and nurture existing acquisition opportunities within the Harris network
- Serve as the senior account manager for M&A relationships in your area
- Communicate Harris' investment strategy and ensure professionalism throughout the investment process
- Track activities and maintain relevant information in Salesforce, reporting on leads and qualified investment opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and French
- Minimum of 5 years of related business experience in fields such as sales, corporate development, consulting, or M&A sourcing
- Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities

- Experience in technology/software, investor relations, or entrepreneurship/start-up environments
