What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source new acquisitions and develop relationships with key decision-makers in vertical market software businesses
- Engage and maintain relationships with existing acquisition targets
- Communicate the company's investment strategy professionally and effectively
- Support the M&A team in qualifying potential company targets
- Track activities and maintain relevant information using Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and French
- Minimum of 5+ years of related business experience, such as sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, or M&A sourcing
- Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization, multi-tasking abilities, and a willingness to tackle new challenges

- Experience in technology/software, investor relations, or entrepreneurship/start-up environments
- A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
