What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source new acquisition opportunities and develop relationships with key decision makers in the software business sector
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships with acquisition targets
- Act as the senior account manager for Harris’s M&A relationships within your designated area
- Communicate Harris’s investment strategy effectively and professionally throughout the investment process
- Track activities and maintain relevant information in Salesforce while generating reports on leads and investment opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and French
- Minimum of 5 years of related business experience in fields such as sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, or M&A sourcing
- Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
- Exceptional people skills along with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
