Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Corporate Development Principal - Remote. The role focuses on strategic alliances, growth opportunities, and enterprise governance across CSAA's operations.

You will work with multiple functions to evaluate opportunities, build business cases, and execute initiatives that deliver member value and enterprise impact. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in business development or related fields, and a strong background in P&C insurance.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, program management, or related business functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Economics, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Demonstrated success identifying, developing, evaluating, and advancing strategic partnerships or complex business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance strategic alliances, vendor relationships, and new business opportunities that drive growth and value.
• Coordinate cross-functional evaluations to ensure alignment with priorities and objectives.
• Lead strategic initiatives by coordinating work across teams and tracking deliverables.
• Develop concise executive materials and present recommendations to leadership.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share knowledge for ongoing improvements.
