Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, program management, corporate strategy, product strategy, sales, consulting, or related business functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Economics, Insurance, or related field.
• Experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Demonstrated success identifying, developing, evaluating, and advancing strategic partnerships or complex business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance strategic alliances, vendor relationships, and new business opportunities that drive growth and Member value.
• Coordinate cross-functional evaluations of new business opportunities to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Develop project plans, executive materials, and recommendations to enable informed decisions.
• Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to leadership audiences.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment and drive continuous improvement.
