West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a Corporate Communications Intern for a part-time 20-hour-per-week role, with flexible scheduling around coursework. The intern will support external and internal communications, public relations, and marketing campaigns, including content creation and event coordination.

Responsibilities include drafting materials, posting to channels, coordinating events, and supporting editorial calendars.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program related to Communications (PR), Marketing Communications or Journalism preferred.
• Prior internship or university experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports internal and external Global Communications initiatives with directors and managers.
• Writes draft press materials, blogs, website and social media content, and internal stories.
• Coordinates posting to PR newswire, website, social channels and Intranet.
• Coordinates special events (town halls, customer meetings, press events).
• Manages the Corporate Communications editorial calendar for consistent messaging.
• Arranges photography needs and develops PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Produces graphics for social media posts and supports content reviews for approvals.
