Job summary

MCHAP is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain in Wanaque, NJ to serve company employees and their families. The role involves visiting worksites, providing spiritual care, and coordinating support services in a confidential, empathetic manner.

Bilingual Spanish preferred and hours vary by client needs. The Chaplain will engage with diverse teams, practice interfaith sensitivity, and participate in orientation and ministry activities as directed by the Executive Director of Operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and spiritual support to employees and immediate families.
• Make regular visits to company worksites to build relationships rooted in faith.
• Offer confidential pastoral conversations on personal and family issues.
• Coordinate referrals for specialized assistance as needed.
• May assist with funerals and bereavement support for employees.
