Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to company worksites (weekly) to build trusted relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families facing life challenges.
• Assist in planning, conducting, or attending funerals and related grief support.
• Coordinate referrals for specialized assistance as needed by employees and families.
• Support post-termination care to ease transitions for affected employees.
• Represent ministry services to clients and participate in new employee orientation.
