• Read a Privacy Law system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
• Stitch together Facilitation and Family Law into one coherent workflow.
• Notice when a general metric is lying and dig in.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Sears clients as needed.
• Document the why, not just the what, behind every Regulatory Compliance decision.
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends.
