Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a JD from a US law school, is admitted to at least one US bar, and has recent corporate practice experience with a top US firm. Strong drafting, research, and clear communication are essential.

• Recent corporate attorney experience with a leading US firm (AmLaw 100 preferred)
• Expertise in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and commercial litigation
• Strong research, analysis, and drafting skills; precise, nuanced work
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex info to diverse audiences
• Ability to work independently in remote, project-based environments

• Exceptional legal research, analysis, and drafting skills with a proven track record of delivering precise, nuanced work.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex legal information to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
• Previous experience contributing to projects involving legal tech, document review, or rubric-based evaluation is a plus.
