Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to recruit experienced corporate access managers from top public companies or IR advisory firms. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across storyline development, executive summaries, and deck structure.

This remote, part-time role offers flexible scheduling with 5-20 hours per week. Compensation is $100 per hour, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Corporate Access Manager at a top public company or IR advisory firm
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production
• Collaborate with AI lab teams to ensure presentations meet professional standards for client-ready decks
