Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade agentic AI systems or autonomous workflows.
• Deep proficiency in context engineering, harness engineering, reasoning loops, and agent orchestration.
• Strong foundation in application, API, data, or cloud security, with experience securing AI architectures.
• Familiarity with LLM threat vectors, IAM, least-privilege, and policy enforcement.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills bridging technical and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents that execute complex business processes across enterprise APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and MCP/tool servers.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and traceability of agent actions through context and harness engineering.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Platform, and Security teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise infrastructure.
• Implement guardrails for agent tool invocation, API access, data retrieval, and autonomous decision-making.
• Conduct adversarial testing and build audit trails for agent reasoning and tool execution.
• Establish automated and manual human-in-the-loop checkpoints for high-risk decisions.
