TubeScience is a creative strategy and production company that builds high-performing video ads for direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands. We combine data, direct-response principles, and creative craft to help our clients scale profitably on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

We’re looking for a Remote Copywriter who can craft hooks, headers, and scripts that stop a scroll, adapt tone for various brands, and turn briefs into persuasive copy informed by performance data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally including direct-response, performance marketing, or e-commerce work.
• Portfolio showing range—punchy hooks as well as longer-form marketing copy.
• Comfort writing to a brief, incorporating feedback quickly, and adjusting tone for different brands and audiences.
• Based in the United States, able to work U.S. business hours with your team.

Responsibilities

• Write hooks, on-screen headers, and full scripts for direct-response video ads.
• Iterate on winning ads and create multiple versions based on performance data.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, and account leads to turn briefs into effective copy.
• Treat writing like a science: take feedback and improve for next time.
• Manage multiple briefs, multiple clients, and multiple deadlines.
