TubeScience is seeking a Copywriter who can craft hooks that stop a scroll for direct-response video ads. One day you might script a supplement brand; the next, a skincare client. If you enjoy cracking why people click, buy, and share, we want you.

You'll write hooks, headers, and full scripts; iterate on winning concepts using performance data; and collaborate closely with strategists, editors, and account leads to turn briefs into copy that works.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally including direct-response, performance marketing, or e-commerce work.
• A portfolio or writing samples that show range - punchy hooks as well as longer-form marketing copy.
• Comfort writing to a brief, incorporating feedback quickly, and adjusting tone for different brands and audiences.
• Based in the United States, able to work U.S. business hours with your team.

Responsibilities

• Write the ads people don't skip: You'll write hooks, on-screen headers, and full scripts for direct-response video ads.
• Iterate on what's already winning: A concept works? Great, now make ten more versions of it based on performance data.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, and account leads — turning briefs and client notes into copy that just works.
• Treat writing like a science: Use feedback to sharpen your next draft; nothing here is precious.
• Manage multiple briefs, multiple clients, and multiple deadlines with a calm, puzzle-solving approach.
