Job summary

Talener is seeking a Microsoft Copilot AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents and automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work hands-on with Copilot Studio, Azure AI/OpenAI, and Power Platform to turn business use cases into production-ready AI solutions.

This role emphasizes client partnership, cloud-native development, and responsible AI practices with 100% remote work and visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of software development or AI solution development experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
• Strong experience with Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud services.
• Proficient in Python, C#, .NET, or similar development stack.
• Experience building RAG, LLM, chatbot, or AI agent solutions.
• Microsoft Fabric and retail/eComm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
• Build agentic workflows and integrations with APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and custom actions.
• Develop LLM and RAG solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Implement security, governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
