Clearsulting, a global consulting firm in digital finance, is seeking a Risk Advisory – Controls Integration Consulting Manager. The role is based in Cleveland, OH with hybrid options; travel 20-40% and 8 days in-person monthly for nearby colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field.
• 6+ years in controls integration, audit and compliance.
• Experience supporting ERP deployments and finance apps.
• Knowledge of core financial processes in major ERPs.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI in daily work.
• PM skills: work-plan creation, milestones, risk management, change mgmt.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executives.
• Leadership and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead controls integration engagements, helping clients leverage technology to manage compliance risks.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor for complex compliance challenges.
• Lead and oversee engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes within scope, timeline and budget.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing proposals and supporting pursuits.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering high performance and learning.
• Provide insights on industry best practices, regulatory developments.
• Optimize internal processes, tools and methodologies to improve delivery and productivity.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve clients’ control environments and AI strategies.
• Develop executive-level presentations communicating complex issues and recommendations.
