Clearsulting is seeking a Risk Advisory – Controls Integration Consulting Manager to lead controls integration engagements and advise clients on regulatory needs. You will build strong client relationships, oversee engagements, pursue new business opportunities, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of controls integration, audit and compliance experience.
• Experience implementing major ERP technologies (SAP, Oracle, D365) and 3rd party finance apps.
• Technical knowledge of core financial processes within ERPs.
• Strong written and verbal communications with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead controls integration engagements and help clients leverage technology for compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
• Lead and supervise client engagements to deliver high-quality outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and support pursuits.
• Mentor junior team members and foster high performance and collaboration.
• Provide insights on industry trends and regulators' developments.
• Improve internal processes and tooling to boost service delivery.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance client control environments and implementations.
• Develop executive-level presentations communicating complex issues and recommendations.
