This Risk Advisory role focuses on controls integration, client relationships, and executive‑level communication, with travel 20–40%.

You will lead engagements, mentor staff, and drive AI adoption while expanding business opportunities and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of controls integration, audit and compliance experience.
• Experience supporting ERP deployments (SAP, Oracle, D365) and third‑party finance apps.
• Technical knowledge of core financial processes within major ERPs.
• 1+ year of people‑management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and integration into daily work.
• Project management experience including work‑plan creation and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex concepts to executives.
• Strong leadership and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead controls integration engagements to manage compliance risks with technology.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Lead and oversee engagements ensuring quality within scope, timeline and budget.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with proposals.
• Mentor junior team members to foster high performance.
• Provide insights on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Optimize internal processes, tools and methodologies for delivery.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve control environments.
• Develop executive‑level presentations to communicate recommendations.
