As a pivotal member of the team, you will manage the financial reporting functions, oversee budgeting processes, and guide the accounting team. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with month-end close, audits, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including general ledger and payroll coordination.
• Prepare internal financial reports and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and coordinate annual financial audits.
