Frontline Managed Services is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead our global accounting organization, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

You will drive the financial close, consolidation, and compliance programs while partnering with FP&A, Operations, and executive leadership to enable strategic decisions and growth, including international expansion and acquisitions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA/CA certification required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing accounting teams.
• Experience in high-growth, PE-backed organizations preferred.
• Multi-entity and international accounting experience.
• Experience leading external audits.
• ERP implementation experience preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and ASC 606 exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely, accurate internal financial statements and management reporting.

• Drive ERP enhancements and automation of accounting processes.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, Sales, HR, Legal, IT, and executives for financial insights and decisions.

Position Overview

The Corporate Controller is responsible for leading the company's global accounting organization and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting. This individual will oversee all accounting operations, internal controls, compliance, financial close, and external audits while building a scalable accounting infrastructure to support rapid organic growth, acquisitions, and international expansion.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with operational leadership, process improvement capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset. This role will partner closely with FP&A, Operations, Sales, HR, Legal, IT, and executive leadership to provide financial insight and support strategic decision‑making.

What You’ll Do

Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations

• Lead all global accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll Accounting, Fixed Assets, Revenue Accounting, and Treasury Accounting.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process while continually reducing close timelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of internal financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee consolidation of domestic and international entities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable international accounting standards.
• Maintain accounting policies and procedures across all business units.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Design, implement, and continuously improve internal controls.
• Maintain strong governance over financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate annual financial statement audits and serve as primary liaison with external auditors.
• Manage relationships with tax advisors and support corporate tax compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international reporting requirements.
• Lead accounting policy research and implementation of new accounting standards.

Revenue Recognition

• Ensure proper application of ASC 606 across managed services contracts.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Legal on contract review.
• Develop standardized processes around revenue recognition for recurring revenue, implementation projects, and professional services.
• Monitor deferred revenue and contract asset/liability balances.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Drive automation of accounting processes through ERP and financial systems.
• Improve workflows through technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish scalable processes supporting rapid company growth.
• Lead ERP enhancements and financial systems implementations.
• Improve reconciliation, reporting, and close efficiency.

Cash & Working Capital

• Oversee cash management and daily liquidity.
• Partner with AR leadership to reduce DSO.
• Monitor AP processes and vendor payment strategies.
• Optimize cash forecasting.

Strategic Business Partnership

• Partner closely with FP&A on forecasting and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting process through accounting insights.
• Participate in strategic initiatives including pricing, operational improvements, and profitability analysis.
• Support executive leadership with financial analysis and recommendations.

Mergers & Acquisitions

• Lead accounting integration activities.
• Standardized acquired companies' accounting policies and reporting.
• Ensure timely integration into ERP and reporting systems.
• Assist with purchase accounting.

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA/CA required
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• 5+ years managing accounting teams
• Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed organizations preferred
• Managed Services, SaaS, Technology Services, or Professional Services industry experience strongly preferred
• Multi-entity and international accounting experience
• Experience leading external audits
• Experience with acquisitions and post-merger integration
• ERP implementation experience preferred
