Providence is seeking a Contracts Manager - Remote on the Research Operations Contracting team. The role handles review, negotiations, preparation, tracking and finalization of clinical trial agreements, excluding study budgets. Collaboration with Budget teams and local program admins is essential.

Bachelor's degree required; 4 years in contract review/negotiation, with privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts or IP; JD preferred. Remote work within the Providence network in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of contract review/negotiation experience with privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts or IP.
• Experience collaborating with budget, legal and clinical teams is important.
• Prior exposure to research contracts or healthcare agreements is preferred.

Responsabilités
