You will collaborate with Research Operations and local program administrative teams to ensure smooth contracting processes. This role reports to Providence Shared Services and emphasizes a patient-focused, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4 years contract review and negotiation experience, experience with privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, or IP.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, or prepare clinical trial agreements, tracking and finalization (excluding study budget).
• Collaborate with Research Operations teams (especially Budget) and local program administrative teams.
