Providence is seeking a mid-level Contracts Manager for a remote role within the Research Operations Contracting team. You will review, negotiate, or prepare clinical trial agreements, and track finalization while coordinating with Budget and local program teams to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of contract review and negotiation experience, with exposure to privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, or IP. A J.D. is preferred.
